Roland Harold Abraham was born on June 7, 1913 in Olivia, Minnesota. He earned his B.S. in agriculture in 1938 from the University of Minnesota, his Master of Public Administration in 1951 from Harvard University and his Ph.D. in cooperative extension administration in 1963 from the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Abraham served as an agriculture county agent for the University of Minnesota's extension service from 1938-1954. In 1954, he was appointed as assistant director of the extension service ...
